What we collect
Owners: name, email, phone and billing records. Tenants and applicants: the details and documents requested by the property you apply to, such as contact details, emergency contacts and identity documents.
How we use it
To provide the service: account management, bookings, KYC review by the property, rent records, invoices and notifications. We do not sell personal data.
Documents
KYC documents are stored in private storage, are never publicly accessible, and are shown only to authorised property staff through short-lived links. Access is logged.
Payments
Subscription payments are processed by Razorpay. We never store card or bank details.
Analytics
Our public marketing pages may use privacy-conscious analytics. Dashboards and tenant portals do not load third-party analytics.
Retention
Data is retained while the account exists and as required for compliance. Past-tenant records are retained by the property for its compliance needs.

Contact support@roomhive.in to access, correct or delete your personal data, subject to legal retention requirements.
