- No. They can open your link in a phone browser, apply and upload their documents.
- How much does RoomHive cost?
- Your first month is free, with everything included. Then ₹400 a month, ₹350 a month on the 6-month plan (₹2,100) or ₹250 a month on the yearly plan (₹3,000).
- Where does online rent go?
- Straight to you. Tenants pay through your own Razorpay, Cashfree, PhonePe or Paytm account, and RoomHive never holds the money.
