Collect rent and record payments

Track dues, take rent online or in cash, send reminders and see how credit is applied.

RoomHive shows who has paid and who still owes, for every tenant.

Ways to take rent

  • Online: tenants pay through your own connected payment gateway, and the money goes straight to you. RoomHive never holds it.
  • Cash or other methods: record the payment against the tenant, and it counts the same way.

Reminders

Tenants are reminded about rent, so you spend less time chasing it.

How credit works

If a tenant pays more than what is due, the extra is kept as credit. Credit is applied automatically to the oldest due charge whenever something new falls due, so there is no manual step.

Reversing a mistake

If a payment was recorded wrongly, reverse it. The balances update on their own and the history stays visible.
